“Conflict minerals,” as defined by the US legislation, currently are the metals tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold, which are mined from conflict zone.

We, MCNEX, annually verify the use of conflict minerals in all components and raw materials supplied by suppliers, including MCNEX ourselves, and identify the country of origin to prove that these four conflict minerals are not mined in the conflict zone.
In order to actively implement conflict mineral policies, the company may conduct due diligence on its suppliers.
