MCNEX kicked off the new year by holding its 2026 New Year’s Ceremony on January 2 at its headquarters in Songdo, Incheon. This year’s event carried a message of “Making Global a Reality,” reflecting MCNEX’s commitment to expanding its technological capabilities into markets worldwide—building on the foundation of sustainable growth strengthened throughout 2025.

In his New Year’s address, CEO Dongwook Min expressed his gratitude, stating that the driving force behind MCNEX’s steady growth—despite an uncertain global economic environment—was the dedicated collaboration of its employees. He also emphasized that external challenges are intensifying, including higher tariff barriers driven by rising protectionism and ongoing supply-chain instability. He urged the organization to face this harsh reality head-on and to build a resilient business structure that remains strong even amid unpredictable external conditions, presenting MCNEX’s management direction for 2026.

“People Are at the Core” 2025 Performance Awards & Long-Service Recognition

At the ceremony, MCNEX presented the MCNEX Award (Top Performer) to 21 employees who delivered outstanding results over the past year.
In addition, the company recognized long-serving employees who have helped shape MCNEX’s history, presenting Long-Service Awards to 2 employees (20 years), 15 employees (10 years), and 17 employees (5 years). CEO Dongwook Min personally presented each award, reaffirming that the growth of every team member is directly tied to MCNEX’s competitiveness.
