MCNEX CEO Min Dong-wook Receives the Bronze Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit
Min Dong-wook, CEO of MCNEX, received the Bronze Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit at the 2025 Industrial Complex Day ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. He was recognized for his contributions to technological innovation based on industrial complexes, job creation, leadership in the Global Leading Companies Association, and efforts to promote mutual growth with local communities.
Industrial Complex Day is an annual event that recognizes the achievements of industrial complexes, which have played a pivotal role in the development of Korea’s national economy and manufacturing industry.
Technology-Driven Innovation Strengthening Global Competitiveness
Since founding MCNEX, CEO Min Dong-wook has contributed to enhancing the position of Korea’s components industry in the global value chain through more than 20 years of continuous R&D investment and technological innovation.
MCNEX consistently supplies high-specification mobile camera modules, automotive camera and sensing modules, and electronic components to advanced industries including ICT, mobility, and autonomous driving.

As the first chairman of the Global Leading Companies Association, CEO Min Dong-wook led a range of activities over the past 11 years, including mentoring programs, policy proposals, and overseas technology-exchange delegations involving 53 national industrial complexes and 325 member companies.
He also helped establish a cooperation framework among the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, government institutions, and private companies, while contributing to the broader adoption of ESG management.
These efforts extended beyond corporate growth and supported the shared development of the wider industrial ecosystem. His activities included global benchmarking for digital transformation and AI manufacturing technologies, the development of next-generation business leaders, scholarship support for young talent, and donations to vulnerable groups.
